KĀMANAKOA® Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right!

EXCHANGES

• We offer exchanges only (no refunds)
• If your item is out of stock, store credit will be issued

TIMEFRAME

• Exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be shipped back within that same window

ITEM CONDITION

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition and suitable for resale

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

• Sale items
• Limited or special releases
• Custom or modified items
• Previously exchanged items

SHIPPING

• Customers cover return shipping to us
• We’ll cover shipping on the replacement item back to you

PROCESSING

• Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If something arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Include a photo and we’ll take care of it at no cost

DELIVERY & SHIPPING ISSUES

• Once your order ships, it is handled by the carrier
• If a package is marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• All international sales are final
